I cooked the Japanese hotchpotch(ODEN) today. This soup is the Tokyo flavor. I like taste of Tokyo because I am from Tokyo.Because I had not been buying the material, I cooked only with the radish(DAIKON) and the egg(TAMAGO). The food served in the pot warms our body in cold Japan. Masarap na masarap. It was perfect.

It is serious that the foreigner contracts the apartment in Japan. It is the first obstacle of life in Japan. The examination of the apartment is serious though I am their several guarantor. I should go to the real estate agent to explain many times. Especially, Filipino is disliked by the real estate agent. The reason is as follows. They are noisy. They don't divide garbage. They fail to pay the rent (Life is unstable). They live in the group. etc. It is many caused by their life style compared with the Japanese. It doesn't limit to the apartment, and they have some hurdles. They determine to work only with the high pay at Japan. The cost of living is not calculated there. They think about the income by the sense of Japan, and the sense of expense of the Philippines. When they were entertainers, the cost of living was unnecessary in them. Prices of Japan are the highest in the world. If they live in Japan even if they obtain a salary that is higher than the Philippines, money is lost at once. There is a far reality in Japan compared with the life of their ideal. If they don't spend the lowest life, they can't remit to the family in the Philippines. Still, do you want to come to Japan? |
