A THANKSGIVING

On July 26, 2007 I will be 60 years old.... What is a birthday celebration? A celebration of a gift of life. What is birth? It is a gift of life... a GIFT from God through my mother and father. And when I come to think of how God has given me such gift, it overwhelms me so much that the thought of it gives warmth to my heart. The journey I made all my life, my home, school . my social life,my spiritual life, my mission, they were all blessings...they were all gifts. I thought of you many times and how I thank God for your friendships... your kindness and generosity, your support and care... I may have not return the same kindness because I am short of it, I may have not given back the same support for lack of understanding, I may not have given you joy that you deserve, because of my inadequacy and for that I ask your forgiveness. I am human in my love and in anger, I am human in need and in want, for that I ask forgiveness. I may not be the kind of friend you want me to be, for that I ask your acceptance. I can only be me. In my next life, I might not be able to say to you how grateful I am of your presence in my life and so I take this opportunity to say THANK YOU and may GOD BLESS YOU.
